Music-related Silverdocs = Gold!

It's "summer", DC, meaning it is hot as what I imagine hell to be.  And just think, it's only going to get hotter as we go deeper into the season.  However, I find movie theater air conditioning provides a lovely respite from the heat, and luckily for you, at the end of June AFI Silver is hosting Silverdocs in Silver Spring, a documentary film festival of epic proportions.  Check out the schedule and synopses of music-related films below, and the Silverdocs site for a complete schedule.  

Should you feel hot and adventurous June 21 - 27, haul cookies out to Silver Spring and check out some of the best movies you'll see this summer.  Surely any one of these would be better than SATC II.  That's not an open admission of having actually seen the stinker...
